April 2004, Sai Kung Country Park. Workers "sowing" leafs together to form a nest. The actual binding material is a secretion from a larva labial gland, the larvae is carried by a worker and used as a spindel to "sow" each sides of the leaf while they are being held in place by other workers . The leaf was cut by the author to initiate this behaviour.
